Tool library engagement survey

Newham Libraries is delivering a new Lend and Mend Hub at Stratford Library. This will be a tool library, where people can hire practical items instead of needing to buy them.

It works like a book library, but instead of books it has things like drills, saws, gardening equipment, or DIY kits. People hire what they need for a short time, and return it when they’re done. They can share tools, save money, and get things done without having to own everything themselves.
