Aissatou Barry10 months ago Mental health is one of the biggest challenges facing young people today, especially with the pressures of exams, social media, and the impact of bullying and isolation. Our project, Clear Minds, Bright Futures, will give young people in Beckton and Royal Docks the tools, spaces, and support they need to thrive. The project will reach around 150 local residents in total, helping to reduce stigma, improve wellbeing, and build a stronger, more supportive community. With free youth centre venues and strong community partnerships, this initiative will leave a lasting legacy by empowering young leaders to continue driving mental health awareness in their schools and neighbourhoods.
