Thank you for your comment. As part of the scheme we aim to create a stepped cycle track for the entire length of Romford Road. Phase 1 will implement a stepped cycle track between Water Lane and Radlett Close and between Woodgrange Road and Richmond Road. The next phases aim to implement stepped cycle tracks along remaining sections along Romford Road and signalised junctions.
