Romford Road is a death trap for cyclists. It is wide enough for two lanes of traffic, a cycle lane and pavement on both sides.
The road is in terrible condition, cars speed and cyclists have to contend with buses.

Yes I agree this is a seriously unpleasant part of Romford Road. You would have to pay me to go down there on my bike.
