The custom house phase one landlord offer

January 10, 2022 - January 11, 2022

What is the landlord offer?

The landlord offer is required in order to hold the resident ballot, in line with the Greater London Authority (GLA)

guidelines.

The landlord offer comes in two parts:

■ Part 1 sets out the design proposals contained within the masterplan for Phase One.

■ Part 2 is the housing offer for residents living on, or with the right to return to, the Phase One area.

The housing offer sets out the statutory duties of the Council and enhances the commitments it has made in the Residents’ Charter. The housing offer section sets out the compensation that households are entitled to. We are committed to co-production and have been working with residents to create a deliverable landlord offer.
