
Housing Services Resident Challenge Board
The Resident Challenge Board are a group of 13 tenants and leaseholders who meet monthly with Housing management representatives to receive updates on the Housing Service Improvement Programme.
The role of the board is to challenge the Council on our progress with implementing the Housing Services Improvement Programme. The Board will also carry out focused reviews of key areas of the improvement programme and assess changes being made.

Challenge 4 - Anti-Social Behaviour
The theme for the fourth challenge selected by the Resident Challenge Board was Anti-Social Behaviour.
The first meeting for this challenge cycle took place on Tuesday 24 March 2026 where the Resident Challenge Board members received a detailed presentation from the officers leading this programme.
