
Housing Services Resident Challenge Board
The Resident Challenge Board are a group of 13 tenants and leaseholders who meet monthly with Housing management representatives to receive updates on the Housing Service Improvement Programme.
The role of the board is to challenge the Council on our progress with implementing the Housing Services Improvement Programme. The Board will also carry out focused reviews of key areas of the improvement programme and assess changes being made.

Phases
Challenge 1 - Vulnerability Screening for Person Centred Fire Risk Assessments
The theme for the first Challenge was selected by the Resident Challenge Board as Vulnerability Screening for Person Centred Fire Risk Assessments.
The first meeting in this challenge cycle took place on Monday 19 May. This involved a presentation on the topic from relevant council officers who are leading on this work.

The second meeting took place on Monday 16 June. This reflected on the presentation and discussed the recommendations to be made. The areas covered included:
