Housing Services Resident Challenge Board


The Resident Challenge Board are a group of 13 tenants and leaseholders who meet monthly with Housing management representatives to receive updates on the Housing Service Improvement Programme. 

The role of the board is to challenge the Council on our progress with implementing the Housing Services Improvement Programme. The Board will also carry out focused reviews of key areas of the improvement programme and assess changes being made.

The Resident Challenge Board was launched on Wednesday 9th April 2025.

Welcomed by Mayor Fiaz and Councillor Blossom Young, the board received an overview of the Housing Services Improvement Plan from the Director of Housing. Please find the meeting agenda, presentation slides and hand out documents below.
