People Powered Places Learning and Evaluation
People Powered Places is committed to continuous learning and improvement – and that means working with the people who know their communities best. This section is where we’ll share opportunities to contribute to different learning and evaluation activities we have available throughout the cycle.
Your experiences and ideas are vital in helping us understand what’s working, what could be improved, and how we can do better.
By working together in an open and reflective way, we can make People Powered Places stronger, more inclusive, and impactful for everyone in Newham.
Phases
People Powered Places - Join a Workshop
Can you help us improve People Powered Places?
This Autumn, we are hosting two online workshops to help us make People Powered Places even better.
- Improve the online voting process - Monday 15 September, 6 - 7pm. Join People Powered Places and the web developers behind Newham Co Create, Go Vocal, to help make the online voting process simpler and more user friendly. This is open to 10 to 15 residents who have previously voted for People Powered Places projects online on Newham CoCreate before.
- Improve the Monitoring and Evaluation process - Tuesday 30 September, 6 - 7.30pm. People Powered Places and the University of East London (UEL) are working together to streamline the Monitoring and Evaluation of funded projects. This session is open to 10 to 15 previous Project Leads who have experience of completing these forms.
You will be paid Reward and Recognition for your time, which is in line with London Living Wage. Please complete the short survey to sign up to a workshop.
You must have access to the internet and a device to join the workshops.
