Newham Heritage Centre
Thanks to funding from The National Lottery Heritage Fund, Newham Heritage Centre is coming to Canning Town. The much loved, Grade II-listed Canning Town Old Library is being transformed into Newham Heritage Centre. The centre will be a new cultural hub for Newham, home of the borough's historic collections and a dynamic programme of cultural activities.
Newham Heritage Centre is due to open Spring 2027, but there are lots of ways that you can get involved before then.
