New Home Options Survey - Custom House Phase 1 residents

Since the resident ballot in December 2022, we have been working hard to progress the plans for Custom House and recently secured planning permission for the Phase 1 Masterplan. This means we can deliver over 700 new and retrofitted homes as well as a new health centre, new high street, improved green spaces and better access to Cundy Park.

This is a watershed moment for residents of Custom House as we can now begin exploring the options that will be available to you under the terms of the Custom House Landlord Offer.

The first step is to understand who wants to move into the new homes already under construction (150 affordable homes ranging from 1 to 4 bedrooms). 

These will be ready in summer 2025 so we want to work closely with residents who want to move into these specific homes now to ensure there is ample time to identify and accommodate everybody’s requirements.   

By completing the survey below you are not committing to anything, but it will help us understand where to target our resources and try and meet everyone’s needs. Once we have received surveys we will be in contact with those residents who have expressed an interest in moving sooner to confirm their household details and discuss next steps.
