Fourth Avenue - Waiting & Loading restrictions
It is proposed to replace existing Single Yellow Lines with Double Yellow Lines on sections of Fourth Avenue to improve/increase the existing stacking capacity for vehicles waiting to turn at the junctions with Romford Road. The proposal will also improve air quality by reducing traffic congestion.

The Council has received one objection to the proposal in Fourth Avenue. The Council is now carefully considering the concerns raised by the objection and a decision on the future of this scheme will be made in due course.
