Fourth Avenue - Waiting & Loading restrictions
It is proposed to replace existing Single Yellow Lines with Double Yellow Lines on sections of Fourth Avenue to improve/increase the existing stacking capacity for vehicles waiting to turn at the junctions with Romford Road. The proposal will also improve air quality by reducing traffic congestion.

Statutory consultation
The Council is undertaking a statutory consultation to propose the above scheme. Documents giving detailed particulars of the proposed plan can be made available during normal office hours on Monday to Friday by telephoning 020 3373 6415, by emailing traffic.orders@newham.gov.uk, or inspected at Newham Dockside, 1000 Dockside Road E16 2QU.
Any objections and comments relating to the proposal must be made in writing by 9th March 2022 and all objections must specify the grounds on which they are made.
