Integrated Health and Well-being residents survey

Newham Council is planning to commission a new service to help residents to lose weight, get active and improve their overall wellbeing. To help with our planning, we would like to hear from you about what you think a good service should look like and what might help you to lead a healthier and happier life. To be able to capture as many views as possible we created a questionnaire which will help us understand what are the needs in Newham and what would improve residents' health and well-being.
