Co-Branding Project

Newham Heritage Centre has a brand-new logo! 

We have partnered with talented Graphic Design students from NewVIc (Newham Sixth Form Centre) to develop a new logo for Newham Heritage Centre. Twelve students took part in a special 10-week creative project to produce new designs. The final artwork was designed by student Marius, whose eye-catching concept brilliantly met the brief for the entre. His logo places history and heritage at its heart, capturing the power of Newham’s stories while also resembling many of the shapes found in archive storage spaces. 

Students showcased their designs at a special event at NewVIc with Mayor Rokhsana Fiaz OBE. They also heard from creatives Ferha Farooqui, Kay Ibrahim, and Friends Are Always Welcomed, who shared their own creative journeys and how Newham continues to inspire them.
