Army and Navy

A team of architects and consultants are currently developing a set of proposals to redevelop the current Army and Navy Public House to provide a range of genuinely affordable and spacious homes (most of which will be family homes). We aim to build 32 homes in a 3-5 storey building.

Due to the restriction of COVID being lifted we have planned to arrange a face to face consultation on Thursday 14th October 2021 from 4pm-7pm at Stubbs Point Estate Meeting room First floor. COVID safety measure will still be put in place. This will still give everyone a chance to see the proposals, speak to members of the project team and give us your feedback.

The current site is situated on New Barn St. Area outlined in red is where the new homes will be built and the blue outline is where we will be improving the green space
