SEND and Inclusion Strategy 2023-28

Following co-production workshops with over 300 stakeholders across Newham, we have now drafted our SEND & Inclusion Strategy 2023-2028.

The SEND and Inclusion Strategy has been informed by:

• Our local area partnership self-evaluation
• Ofsted/CQC local area inspection feedback (December 21)
• Our Newham SEND Commission Report
• Co-production workshops held from November 22- May 23

The strategy outlines how we plan to further develop the SEND system to improve outcomes for children and young people by focusing on five priority areas from early intervention to preparation for adulthood.
