I am a volunteer for the Stroke Association. I host a Stroke Survivors group which is called Together We Can at North Woolwich Library, Pier Parade, North Woolwich on Fridays from 2-4pm.

My husband has survived 2 major strokes which made major changes to our lives. With the support of the group we have been able to adjust and make lots of new friends

Light refreshment is providedThe group aims to support everyone who has had to make life changing ways of living back into the community safely and improve confidence.Community members are welcome to the group each Friday from 2-4pm to North Woolwich library. The group is hosted by 2 Stroke Association Volunteers, and is supported by the Stroke Association.
