You can engage the young and the elderly in these competitions to promote healthy living

Encourage indoor and outdoor table tennis activities to get people moving

Johnathan Sia•5 years ago Table Tennis playing spaces in Plaistow are few and far between. The new development at Valetta Grove and the new Plaistow Place development offer prime opportunities to add indoor and outdoor table tennis playing spaces for people of all ages to enjoy. Indoor spaces would be particularly good considering the unpredictable nature of the great British weather!
