Natalie Mandy Bleau

Member since April 17, 2021

For more than three decades, I have called Newham my home. This vibrant area has captured my heart, and as someone who battles with manic depression, anxiety, and panic attacks, I have found solace in expressing my thoughts through writing.

In addition to being a proud resident, I actively contribute to the community as a volunteer Energy Champion for the Newham Renewal Programme.

,

I also volunteer as a patient participant for ELFT Psychological Services, lending my voice and experiences to help improve mental health services.

Beyond that, I dedicate my time as a volunteer patient carer for the NELCA, supporting others who have gone through similar challenges.

To further promote well-being, I have established my website, www.scriptureofbalance.co.uk, where I share valuable insights and resources.

Living in Newham has shaped my journey, and I am grateful for the opportunities to positively impact the lives of others while embracing my passion for writing and mental health advocacy.

Funding Wellbeing projects - Stratford Park

Natalie Mandy Bleau•5 years ago Parkside Gardening Project in Stratford Park is a well being project and allows people with Mental Health challenges to work amongst nature and it is very therapeutic. I attend this project as I am a Bipolar sufferer and I find it is the one day I get to learn as well as be amongst people who support and understand me.
