Newham has the second youngest age profile of any borough in London – over nine in ten aged under 65.

This theme includes (but is not limited to):

• enabling all children and young people to reach their potential, be safe, happy and healthy regardless of their background
• youth safety
• activities for children and young people, play, school readiness and high quality childcare.
