Description

Join us for a series of free unique and engaging wellbeing sessions designed for women. Our goal is to provide a safe, fun and supportive space where you can focus on yourself, connect with others and rediscover your creativity.

Our sessions are more than just a typical class. They are a chance to step away from the daily grind and immerse yourself in activities that promote holistic wellbeing. Each week, we explore a different hands-on activity, all aimed at helping you de-stress and reconnect with yourself.

Through relaxed afternoon teas and open discussions, participants can connect, share experiences and build supportive friendships. From mindful crafting to expressive painting, these activities provide a therapeutic outlet for self-expression. You'll work with your hands to create something beautiful, all in a judgment-free zone. Taking part in fun and unique activities like escape rooms and scavenger hunts is a fantastic way to boost wellbeing and build connections. These activities are far more than just games, they are powerful tools for personal and social growth. We'll also explore relaxing sessions that help you connect with your body and find a sense of calm through massages and mini spa activities.

Our sessions will be held at London Stadium Learning, located in Stratford.
