Utilising outdoor space on the high street

As we are currently being encouraged to be outdoors and stay in our gardens etc we have a space that is used on Saturdays - our wonderful Woodgrange Market. The area is not used on Sundays or in the week. It would be great to have something there for our wonderful community, utlitise the space, help the high street, we could have art exhibitions - we are coming up to summer, vintage fairs, there was talk of it being a piazza, it was part of the plans when all the work was done - why can we not do this. The urgency is the mental health crisis, people need to feel safe, why not come along to see something, the weather will improve soon.
