Upskilling Workshops: Arts, Environmental Sustainability & Enterprise

Community Outputs will be:

• 10 x Community Upskilling Workshops for ages 12+ (focusing on arts, sustainability & enterprise)
• A co-created community sustainability & greening project / event / artwork
• A new local arts & social action group / community
• Support for 5 x local under-represented artists aged 18+ to teach the arts & social action workshops. This includes: mentoring, masterclasses, studio space & bursaries.

5 local under-represented artists will be supported to design and deliver x 10 community workshops for ages 12+. The community will then use seed funding of £1,000 to create an event, project or structure that is focused on greening & environmental sustainability.

We will weave mindfulness into the work, to enhance wellbeing & connection with others, whilst improving future career prospects by focusing on a fast-growing economy: sustainability.
