Development of multi-functional community facilities in Stratford Park, renovating existing structures to include a reasonably sized kitchen. Deliver a basket of programmes that are sustainable and accessible for people of varying abilities and all age groups run by various community organisations. Such activities may include :
- health checks and advice (in person and online) on well-being,
- exercise/movement classes,
- a screen showing well-being programmes
- health cooking demos,
- recreational and hobby events,
- small area for low maintenance animals.
Improve the access to green spaces in Stratford Park, having prominent features, e.g. an outdoor gym, to attract the community neighbourhood and deter anti-social behaviours and inappropriate use of the park space.
Green space activities that bring the community together, allowing disadvantaged groups to gain access and derive wider benefits from community activities such as favourable psychological outcomes, e.g. less loneliness, better health and well-being for individuals and families.
