Favourable terms for business focused on environmental sustainability / entrepreneurial ways to address the climate emergency would be great, to grow Newham (the most polluted borough in the UK) as a place to solve the mess we're in.

Along with digital/ tech feels like the biggest potential contributor. Thing of the benefits if just one start-up manages to scale to become the next Deliveroo/ Transferwise. The area could be transformed.
