Speeding and noise pollution

I am in support of measures to reduce traffic via Osborne Rd. Too many vehicles cut through Osborne Road at inappropriate speeds and times in my view. The existing speed bumps provide insufficient deterrent. Drivers also loiter sometimes with their engines turned on, adding to the pollution. I would be in support of measures which restrict traffic on Osborne Road to residents and their visitors only.
