It seems a key theme for the entire area for residents is addressing, improving and developing exiting green space in the area. This seems like it is, for each part of Manor Park,:
Ilford area - Little Ilford Park
Manor Park area - Manor Park (Epping Forest)
East Ham North area - Plashet Park
I wonder if the working group from the different areas could co-ordinate together to address the similar themes and requests from residents around green spaces and specifically these parks, which seem to be: improve the existing space, more enforcement around anti-social behaviour and noise nuisance, address issues with litter, make sure the spaces are maintained, locked and informally patrolled
In addition, I wonder if the groups could identify other old wasted spaces that could be repurposed either for youth / games facilities and also further open green space for the area and for people of all ages
