Road surface south of vicrage road too rough

I cycle back from Morissons this way as it is so much safer than cycling on Romford Road (and way less daunting). The road is fairly wide but the left hand side is so rough I need to cycle in the middle of the road, this is probably quite frustrating for cars that want to pass to get away from the junction.
