Resident Access

I agree with the comments of other residents. Through traffic presents a material problem, but forcing residents of the LTN to exit in only one direction unduly restricts access, will result in increased journey times and additional congestion on the surrounding roads. Idling traffic is more polluting. Residents of the LTN should therefore have access from all directions and through-traffic be prevented by camera enforcement.
