Remove pavement parking

Legal (as in the bays are marked to allow it) pavement parking is a huge problem for walking on Shrewsbury Road. There is little space for buggies, wheelchairs etc and it's even difficult to pass on foot at times. The road is wide enough to allow parking on the road - and if the road was filtered and/or made one way, it would solve the issue of so much traffic coming through anyway.
