Remove parking spaces to free up the highway

Romford Road is too tight to incorporate parking spaces all along it. Remove them all and free up space for segregated cycle lane.

Bollards and obstructions need placed on the pavement to stop people parking on Romford Rd where they're not supposed to, especially where cars mount the curb. Imposing parking restrictions has no effect, especially when there's not enforcement officers willing to confront illegal parking

Agreed this will help traffic and cyclists, but it should be done at the expense of local business owners or other legitimate needs like disabled parking
