Description
Re-generation is a unique program which was designed specifically to tackle the different issues around Youth Empowerment and Community Development and Participation.
It is built on three principles:
- helping the youngest generation to feel a sense of belonging
- empower teenagers to speak out and be heard
- inspire the older generation to share their wisdom and help shape the conscience of the younger community.

A cross generational programme inspires 'hope' for the youngers, and the potential to tackle the loneliness of Older people too. Building conscience communities Together. Not just for Young people but for the Older who bring that wisdom with them. I'm intrigued to know more about the project.

@Margaret Spence happy to talk Margaret! This is exactly why we shaped the project as it is! The older generations have that lived experience to pass on and that conversation with the young generations isn’t championed nor facilitated at the moment!
We want the elders to tell theirs stories to the young ones and for the young ones to be inspired by these stories and keep them alive! If we forget about the “builders” of the world as it was how can we expect the kids to know what world they want to live in!
