Thank you for your comment. As part of Phase 1 we will implement a stepped cycle track on the northern side of this section (Sainsbury’s side), from Water Lane to Radlett Close. This will create a newly resurfaced cycle lane. We will review the southern side of the cycle in the next phases.

Between Water Lane and the Sainsbury's on Carnarvon Road, the cycle lane tarmac is horrendous.
Replace it.
