Banned substances and alcohol in public spaces leading to littering/litter and other anti-social issues/weed-smoking/NOS cannisters. Public Urination/Defecation. Happening in Barking Rec/Plashet Pk/Central Pk and other parks in genera// ends of streets. Can we do something for the Youth getting drawn into this? community Officers in Central Pk not doing enough about this. Is CCTV working in Central PK?
