Pedestrian crossing needed
From "Woodgrange and Capel Low Traffic Neighbourhood"

I think an additional pedestrian crossing should be considered here, to help pedestrians coming out of Brooking Road (including those coming from the school) to cross the road. It's hard to cross here, and can be dangerous.
