Modal filters for Woodgrange Estate

Modal filters would be better placed on the entries and exits to Woodgrange Road from the Woodgrange Estate and the entry- exit points put on the roads leading onto the Romford Road. Woodgrange Road is often grid locked already and exiting in particular difficult (a situation that will increase if the 'rat runs' to avoid it are closed). The traffic flow on Romford Road is interrupted by sets of traffic lights which facilitates entry and exiting to the Woodgrange Estate. Already we avoid entering and exiting using Woodgrange Road and normally use Balmoral Road.
