The proposed Modal filters at this location (Windsor Road) is going to cause the residents to use alternative routes if approaching from Katherine - Balmoral road intersection. The alternative route being a busy Romford road and turning right onto Woodgrange road (another busy area) and right again to reach their home.
This is unacceptable and provisions should be made to allow concessions for the residents to go through LTNs.
