Modal filter access

These proposals will limit access for local residents to major routes such as Romford Road. Woodgrange Rd is already congested and limiting access to this route will result in increased pollution and traffic for the town centre.

Permit local residents to pass through the modal filters as some on here have already suggested otherwise I would have to disagree with the plans as they simply provide local residents no benefit and if anything, an inconvenience and worsening pollution for the Woodgrange Road/town centre area.
