Mitigate flooding through new garden spaces

This Woodgrage estate seems to have a minimal amount of drainage and frequently floods. It'd be amazing to see some SUDS and Rain gardens built out into the road to improve visual amenity and slow traffic (a modern and long term addition to the conservation area)
