Mental Resilience & Creative Empowerment via Music Therapy (Y/P)

To give young people meaningful semi-structured informal education workshops, which encompasses musical creativity, whilst also promoting critical thinking skills, allowing the young people to find tools to push back against peer-pressure and in turn provide a safe space to explore self-enquiry, through expansive thinking, discussion, activities which will be evidenced in the final product of the young people’s choosing i.e music/audio project and a live performance.
