Little Kingdoms day nursery-lets make use of this space and this eyesore!

Little Kingdoms day nursery is an eyesore and really sets a sombre tone as you enter manor park from high Street north (Eastham). I cannot be certain who owns this building and bit of land but each and every time I pass it, I imagine all the wonderful and beautiful things that this space could be for the local community. All the answers it could bring to our low employment/high volume of impoverished children dilemma. It's a small space but it could really be something. An educational and learning space for children/an enrichment space for young people and adults. Somewhere for plants to grow and fun to be had. Right now, I can't be sure what it's supposed to be but it's frankly in a horrendous state.
