Description

The INUF Mental Health Wellbeing project is a one year project, consisting of 2 hourly activities a week: An Art Workshop and a Men’s group. The sessions aims to provide holistic support and improve the wellbeing of people suffering from mental illness and also provide support to their carers.
The project:
- Improves mental health and physical health of participants.
- Reduces loneliness, improves confidence and self esteem.
- Improves fitness and overall health
- Support participants in gaining new skills
The project is facilitated by our service users and organised by our project coordinator. INUF creates an open and safe environment ensure staff, volunteers and instructors are sensitive to the needs of people suffering from mental illness.
