The Church runs the normal Christian services, which give me live music and a weekly singing opportunity. The ability to connect with people who are different from me in race, age, gender and be part of a bigger family. Great for my wellbeing.
I cycle or walk to church which takes 12 or 5 mins.
I visit at least once a week, often more!
It provides with chances to volunteer. I work with the youth. But it also runs a food bank and a grow baby project (2nd hand good quality clothes for under 5's) for free. Both os these make a huge impact in our community, working for the best for all our residents and members. I could go on - during the pandemic it has run the bereavement course for residents supported by the council and so much more.
