The level of traffic passing along Capel Road is unpleasant at most times of the day. Despite the proximity to Wanstead Flats, it's often not a nice place to walk, or to cycle - with drivers frequently close passing or tailgating cyclists. There is also frequent fly tipping, which might be discouraged by an LTN.
