Description

Kaaley Idhageyso/Hear Me Out aims to promote mental health services and suicide prevention by encouraging open community conversations and simplifying access to resources for women. We aim to empower women by educating them on available services and encouraging them to seek help when needed.

HEALTOGETHER CIC has consistently delivered reliable support services to the BAME community in East London since June 14th, 2020. Our non-profit organisation aims to address health inequalities caused by social, economic, and environmental factors. We provide advocacy, support, advice, and information to over 1,800 residents, with our home base conveniently located at the Community Links building.

We work to improve mental health awareness and understanding in our community, breaking down stigma and promoting well-being.

Our mission is to provide safe spaces to which our community may not have access, along with the language to express their experiences. By fostering confidence, self-esteem and offering structured pathways for seeking support, we cultivate a shared resilience and identity, leading to positive outcomes. Our clients can rely on us for assistance, companionship, support group activities, and referrals to other beneficial services.
