Grants to existing schemes

In order for the money to go the furthest it would make sense to give most - or all - of the money as small grants of £500-£5000 to existing volunteer led schemes or new schemes by those with a proven track record of delivery.

This would keep everything truly in the hands of the community and ensure greater impact and efficiency.

Appreciate this isn’t a specific suggestion in terms of a priority idea, but how the money is distributed will be critical to the success of any projects undertaken.
