Flytipping (Landlord & Tenant)

Experienced throughout the borough.  Big problem although a lot is already being done to tackle this.  Needs continuous funding as due to limited resources this is an ongoing problem.  Many factors involved. A good intervention has been crime scene tape on items.  We could ask landlords to deal with and take responsibility flytipping around private properties/HMOs.  need more resource to tackle landlords/tenants.
