Motherhood can sometimes be lonely and no mother should go through motherhood without having a community to support them.
Flourish mummy group is a safe space for mothers to come and relax, eat, and meet other mums whilst their children play.
Flourish mummy group facilitates:
Mummy meetups, Parenting Workshops, Life Coaching Sessions,
Womens Health Workshop, Health and Wellbeing workshops. All workshops and group sessions are delivered by qualified practitioners.
Flourish aims to support mothers at every stage throughout their motherhood journey.

Flourish mummy group is a fantastic space to laugh, share, cry and talk about things all of us mummies go through. It’s liberating to be a part of such community of people. The support is amazing, Thank you Amanda and team for all your hard work.. looking forward to our next meeting!
