The combination of antisocial behaviour, littering and illegal parking gives Manor Park a hostile environment. A start would be to enforce rules which are designed to make the area better for residents. A crackdown on illegal parking would give pay for itself and give pedestrians a better chance to use the pavements and help move traffic along. Enforcement of speed limits would also help remove the threatening atmosphere of the area.

@Arnold Ridout - Hi! I think there are a lot of residents here who want to see the area improved along similar themes and I think there is a lot we could do for the Manor Park area by working together as residents, both with the Council and as a residents group. There are definite trends in these forums and I was thinking it might be an idea to get a group of like-minded Manor Park residents together on a zoom (eventually in person) to discuss.
